Solution Nex is an independent IT security consultancy. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by Norton, McAfee, Bitdefender, Kaspersky, or any other antivirus manufacturer.
We provide antivirus and endpoint security assessment, deployment, configuration, and ongoing management services to registered businesses. We do not provide services to individual consumers, and we do not offer personal device virus removal or home computer support.
We do not sell or resell antivirus software licenses. You purchase licenses directly from the relevant manufacturer or an authorized reseller; our fees cover assessment, installation, configuration, and management only. Support for defects in the licensed software itself is the manufacturer's responsibility, not ours.
Pricing is provided on request based on your device count and scope of work, and is confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. Quoted prices do not include third-party license fees unless explicitly stated.
You're responsible for providing accurate information about your business and device environment, ensuring you have the legal right to install software on the devices in question, and maintaining your own data backups independent of any security software we configure.
No security software or configuration can guarantee complete protection against all threats. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solution Nex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or any third-party software we configure.
Either party may end an ongoing management arrangement with reasonable written notice, as detailed in your service agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
