Do you provide technical support or remote device repair?

No. We handle licensing, procurement, and renewals only. We are not a technical support provider and do not offer remote access or device repair services.

What happens when my license is about to expire?

We send renewal reminders ahead of your expiration date so you can renew without a coverage gap.

What is your refund policy?
